What is Your Refund Policy?

Refunds & Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must have your receipt (to confirm proof of purchase along with your purchase code) and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you do not have a receipt, we will only be able to offer an exchange. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do You Offer a Loyalty Program?

Yes, we do! We have a loyalty rewards program - Via Punchcard (Spend $100, receive a free dishcloth, lip balm or sticker.)

What Do I Do If Something Irritates My Skin?

At 2 Simple Sisters, we only use certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils in our products. We also avoid questionable preservatives and use as many natural, organic and simple ingredients as possible so that we can all feel good about taking care of ourselves and our families. As with any product, if you should experience skin irritation or a reaction, discontinue use immediately,

Do You Offer Curbside Pickup?

Curbside Pickup is always available.  Just select this option at checkout or call ahead to request.  Also, since our products are freshly made in small batches, please allow three to five days to process and prepare your order.
