Our Intro to Sourdough Bread Baking Class is perfect for beginners who want to master the basics and build confidence in the kitchen. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to create, care for and bake with a sourdough starter, plus understand the science behind fermentation, gluten development and proper timing.

We'll walk step-by-step through mixing, shaping, proofing and baking your own artisan-style sourdough loaf—no experience necessary! You’ll leave with enough dough (mixed by you) to bake a loaf of bread at home as well as the opportunity to leave with your very own active starter, which is priced separately. You'll also receive detailed feeding instructions, a few recipies and the skills to keep baking with success.

Whether you're looking to nourish your family with wholesome homemade bread or simply explore a fun, rewarding new hobby, this class will give you the foundation you need to become a confident sourdough baker.
